It is time for our leaders to rise up. It is time for men to rise up and take the reigns of fear and smash them against the walls of lies. To pull out their swords of fortitude, mercy, and justice and take to the streets, to the digital airwaves, and to take over major news outlets with men of truth of substance.
We are a nation in fear. The voices of solid leadership are absent. I encourage everyone to turn off your televisions. Stay away from news outlets. This is a propaganda campaign to spiral America into the depths of a broken society (we were already a fractured and shallow society, now it is just caving in).
Get into your communities. Into your churches. Into your synagogues, your mosques, your libraries, your town squares and LEAD. Be the leader in your home, not a tyrant. The one who says, “If we fail it is my fault, if we succeed it is because we worked together.” It is demonstrating courage in the face of stupidity when the people around you are behaving like wild animals who have forgotten how to be wild and take care of themselves and their own pack.
Wake up, men! Wake up, leaders! Do not let the Hitler’s of the world rise into power and authority. Do not let your rights be taken under the guise of public health and safety. The military will do the bidding of the state and federal minions. They do not know how to do otherwise. I know. I was one. Be wise. Be watchful.
But we won’t. We have been conditioned to believe that what men say and think does not matter. That we are impotent and unwanted. That we need to go back to the caves from which we came. Men are no longer to be men. They are to be reproductive humans who unfortunately need to stick around so reproduction can take place.
And we will suffer because men are failing to be leaders.
Make a decision. Are you going to let culture determine who you are and what you are capable of? Are you going to let the world tell you that they know better about how to protect your family than you do? Does the world know better? Educate yourself for the love of God and all things holy you sluggard. Be merciful. Be humble. But be aggressive. Take risks. Stare fear in the face and spit on it with knowledge and wisdom.
And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. Matthew 10:28
For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. 2 Timothy 1:7 NKJV
Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents and harmless as doves. Matthew 10:16
I think the last verse is most important in terms of application. Do not be ignorant to the ways of the world and manipulation of those in authority. But you must not take vengeance or assume that you as an individual can execute justice. Without the rule of law chaos really will ensue. A land without laws is a land without morals. That is a bad place to be. And when laws become immoral, then you must resist them.
For the record. I am guilty of not rising up as well. I fear being rejected by men and of losing the comforts of my home for my family. But we cannot be afraid any longer. Start small. Stop being silent and let your voice be heard.
God, help us to to do justly,
To love mercy,
And to walk humbly with You.
